Together – 10 Synchro Burpees

5 Minute Rest

AMRAP 2 10 Minutes

P 1 – 10 Goblet Squats (50/35)

P2 – 10 Pull Ups

Together – 20 Partnet Med ball Sit Ups

5 Minute Rest

AMRAP 3 10 Minutes

P1 – 10 Alt DB Snatch

P2 – 10 HSPU

Together – 30 Dubs (2:1)
