Partners WOD – 28 minute AMRAP

400m sled push (45/25)

60 American KB swings

60 weighted lunges w/kettlebell (53/35)

30 sumo deadlift high pulls (95/65)

60 partner ball toss sit-ups (20/15)

60 pull-ups

30 hang snatches

2 rope climbs

400m run

Notes: KB can be held in any position on the lunges.
