At stop sign

P1: 10 Plate G2OH

P2: 10 Slam Ball

Switch roles and repeat (back to bay door)

after both partners do both movements, that’s one round

Then (split reps)

64 front squats (115/75) (95/65)

2000m row or 2 mile bike (1000 each)
Complete in any order
