Score: Time on the Clock When 12 Rounds is Complete

Goal: 12 Rounds

Notes: Do the work every minute on the minute – until you can’t. Then you complete the remaining rounds for time. If you hold the EMOM, your score is 12 rounds + time on the clock when you’re done (11 something). If you get 8 rounds in and fall off (you can no longer finish the work in a minute), your score is 8 rounds + whatever the time is on the clock when you complete 12 rounds.
