Wall Ball Chest Passes
Overhead Passes
Underhand Passes
Right and Left, Side to Side Passes
Behind the Head Passes

Partner WOD. 30 Minute AMRAP
30 Wall Balls (20/14)
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Parallette Pass Throughs
Row 250m
Partner 1 completes wall balls, box jumps, and parallettes while partner 2 rows 250m. When partner 2 finishes row, switch and partner 2 picks up on reps where partner 1 left off. One round is 30 wall balls, 15 box jumps, and 10 parallette pass throughs.
